Have you found the ideas we talk about at the Lean Coffee very nice and all but once you are back to work you can’t just start applying them to solve your problems? It sounded so good in theory with a drink at hand and fellow like-minded souls around. But once it comes to practicing the preaching and improving the mess at work, and without a glass of wine at sight or partners in crime, it becomes slightly evermore so difficult. Where do you even begin from?

What if we told you it was not difficult and in fact viable? What if we told you that ideas for change, improvement and experimentation could pop like corn and with a bit of salt, taste like the best thing ever? Mr PopcornFlow himself, Claudio Perrone, has agreed to join us at this first for 2016 Lean Coffee and tell us all about it in the best possible way - play. PopcornFlow is a method he invented to introduce, sustain and accelerate product and organizational change really fast. How? Through ultra-rapid experimentation at the very edge of chaos. We are going to simulate that in a game with problems and issues you bring to the table.

Join Claudio and the Lean Coffee crew on Wednesday, January 20th at 18:30 on the second floor of the Beer Market, a fine craft beer bar located on 13 High Street, next to Christchurch, so together we can launch lots of actionable organizational-change experiments in less than two hours.

What’s the outcome?

You will leave the lean coffee with 2+ viable options to address some problem you perceive right now and the design of at least one micro-experiment solution for one of those that you can propose or even launch the next day.
