Incredible Vegan Pot Luck w/ amazing Speaker, Door Prizes and Fun

RSVP Now for this Exciting Vegan Pot Luck event at the Unity and Peace Gallery in Laguna Niguel (a block from the 5 freeway at crown Valley Parkway) In addition to great food, warm friends and special prizes, you'll experience an evening of art and inspiration and learn about the 2000 paintings for peace project.

The party starts at 6 PM, where you will enjoy a variety of delicious food, great friends and the amazing ambience of the gallery. This is a valuable opportunity to experience the healing power of art and envision a positive change in the world.

Please bring a VEGAN dish to share, homemade if possible, but vegan restaurant food is welcome. Appetizer, main course or dessert. ORGANIC strongly preferred. NO animal products of any kind. Some members might bring chips and salsa, or deli items from Whole Foods or Mothers market.

Whether you’re a new Vegan or a seasoned expert, this will be a great opportunity to meet new people, try new vegan grub & learn from other’s experiences. Everyone is welcome.

PLEASE BRING serving spoons, tongs, spatula, knife, etc. if your dish requires it. Also please bring your own plate, bowl, utensils, napkin, etc. to limit waste & make clean up easy for our gracious host.

IMPORTANT, INGREDIENTS MATTER: Please bring a SMALL 4 x 6 card listing all ingredients in your dish so those with sensitivities or special preferences are clearly aware of everything in the food. If it's a restaurant order, or a packaged item, please share the menu or printed details about your dish.

THIS EVENT WILL BENEFIT ANIMAL PROTECTION. This pot luck is a fundraiser for MV Animal Services. This awesome local organization provides animal protection, adoption and a long list of valuable and necessary services. They are working diligently to keep animals safe and healthy. A nice percentage of any sales of art, apparel, prints, plus donations that night will be directly provided to Mission Viejo Animal Services to help their cause. (check out www.cmvas.org)

BONUS ONE DOOR PRIZES. Special prizes such as Two bottles of Amazing DAILY GREEN BOOST barley grass juice powder, VIP Tickets to the upcoming VEGFEST in October, and an autographed copy of Dr. Neal Barnard's book THE POWER FOODS DIET, will be given away. During this event the artist, Ehsan, will provide a short gallery tour, and share his vision of unity and peace, as well as his personal history and the inspiration behind his art. ALSO: Laura and Robert from the VEGFEST will be on hand to answer questions about the VEGFEST, and share details about the largest and most popular vegan event in Southern California.

AND, the folks from MY PAIN AID will be on hand to discuss their wonderful device that has been effectively helping so many people with migraine and arthritis pain.
