I set out to designed a group fitness class that eliminated the need of having another gym membership, be more cost effective ($5/class)for members, break away from the traditional form of bootcamp, no nature or weather distractions, create a great camaraderie among each other, and take everything I done on one-to-one training for the past 7 years and place that in a group setting. Creating a great workout atmosphere matched with a structured training regimen not only yield positive results but make the process fun and enjoyable.
My simplistic, yet challenging program approach trains every aspect of fitness without over-reaching or risking injury.
