Mindfulness practise the art of being in the moment, is a perfect way to find balance, serenity and peace.
If you would like to learn tools and techniques to support mind, body and soul, we have a beautiful 5 sense mindful walk planned Sunday 7th Sept 11am.
We will meet on the car park of the Rigbye arms 11am and will be on our walk for 1.5 hours, we expect to be back for 12.30pm.
Our walk will take us through the Wrightington farmlands and up Harrock hill, taking in the majestic views and forest trails.
You will need walking shoes and weather proof clothing, and bring a water bottle for hydration, at the end of our walk, there will be an option to have a drink together in the pub.
