eggspectation made its debut in the USA in 2002 as one of the hottest destinations among the brunch scene. With a reputation for uncompromising quality and a unique sense of culinary adventure, eggspectation has established itself as the place to be for elevated takes on comfort-food classics for breakfast and brunch.

Our group has only visited eggspectation once before, and we thought we would try it again. Lucious omelets, topping-rich bennies and "uneggspected" breakfast platters await!
