Pinochle!

Ok, for all you Pinochle players...we're back!

If you don't know how to play Pinochle but want to learn, you're encouraged to attend. Pinochle is a great game to challenge you. In theory, you will eventually align yourself with a partner, and that partner will be your PFL (Partner For Life)!

We will be playing double deck Pinochle. If you've played single deck, the basic mechanics are similar, but there are many differences. This is a game that will challenge you mentally - easier than Bridge, just a bit harder than Canasta. Unlike most card games, there are no variations to game play. Rules are set in stone and consistent. This eliminates confusion.

I will be there to coach and teach. I learned the old "military" style, having lost my virginity to the game in the jungles of southeast Asia more than 50 years ago.
