About Us: 50+ Liberal Women's Social Network – Triangle Area
Welcome! We’re a social group for progressive women 50+ in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and nearby communities. This group is all about connection, conversation, and camaraderie. We gather to share ideas, make new friends, decompress, laugh and learn from each other.
This isn’t a formal political group, although activism is welcome. It’s a friendly space to be yourself, explore ideas, and build friendships. You’ll love this group if you’re looking for a space to:
- Connect with women who share your values.
- Discover new perspectives, causes, and conversations.
- Laugh, vent, and enjoy the company of like-minded women during these trying political times.
Membership: $10 for 6 months or $20 for the year. Dues cover Meetup fees and event supplies. There’s a grace period of two months before dues are required. Come to a few events and see if it’s a good fit for you!
