Nestled in the foothills of the Bridger Mountains, hugging the rambling curves of the East Gallatin River, and tucked into a brambly patch of forest, Bumblewood Thicket is an enchanted (and enchanting) fairy village in Bozeman, Montana. It is invisible to human eyes almost all the time. Luckily, in the golden glow of late summer, the spells are lifted and the fairies make their tiny town visible to human eyes for a few weeks. We may never know why the fairies lift the spell, but we do know that the annual Bumblewood Thicket experience is a gift to our community. Visitors leave the village feeling reconnected with the world of magic, filled with wonder and whimsy and perhaps a sprinkle of pixie dust to carry them through the year.
