Bring a headlamp!

This is a new one. We'll go up 3 Guns to where it meets Embudo.

Distance: 5 miles round trip
Elevation gain: 1100 feet

Evening Cardio hikes are designed for all paces. On the first half everybody goes their own pace and on the way down we go together.

We usually set a turnaround time at 1 hour. If you can't make it to the end point during this time, no problem, we will pick you up on the way down.
