Headlamps or other hands-free light sources are required for this night hike for your own safety. Please dress appropriately for winter weather and hiking shoes. Dogs are welcome on a leash.

Join me on this brisk 2.3 mile, 335ft elevation cardio hike loop in the southern foothills at Copper Trailhead this Tuesday evening.

We will start promptly by 6:05 pm to ensure finishing by 7 pm. This loop can be done in 45 minutes at a moderate cardio pace and some moments for rest, giving us a 10-minute buffer.

** The Copper trail area closes by 7pm, so please park along the sides of the road and outside of the small gate-enclosed area to prevent being locked in if we are running behind. **
