Cardio Hike: Embudito (4.2 miles)

Join me on hiking up the north side of Embudito trail for about 2 miles to a dedicated turnaround point. We will start heading up promptly by 6:05pm and head back down at roughly 7:05pm while gathering anyone hiking at a slower pace on the way down.
This is a cardio/fitness hike and everyone goes a different pace, meaning you may sometimes be hiking with the group and at other times be hiking alone. If you are unfamiliar with the trail, please use something like AllTrails/GaiaGPS to navigate if needed. Here is an AllTrails recording of the exact hile we will be doing:

Cardio hikes are designed for all paces. The goal is to have the opportunity to improve fitness and prepare for longer day hikes. You will likely find hikers with a similar pace, but may also find yourself hiking alone, particularly if you have not been hiking recently.
