Piedra Lisa trailhead is off Forest Service Rd 333. Instead of making a right to head towards La Luz trailhead, you go straight and follow the dirt road until the trailhead parking lot on the left.
Basically this is Piedra Lisa South to the saddle and then a bit more climbing to the right if you are facing the saddle.
Distance: 5.7 miles (out and back)
Gain: 1712 ft
Avg. pace: 2 to 2.5 mph (if you are slower, you can meet us on the way down, if you are faster, feel free to take the lead)
