👋🏼 Join us at our January Meetup we are honored to have Francesco Calcavecchia join us to present on Designing a Mode Registry with Legacy Systems using GTO.
Francesco has contributed a ton to GTO (https://iterative.ai/gto), one of the components of our MLEM.ai tool to help create a model registry and then easily package and deploy your models for production, all while tracking everything with Git.
In his talk, Francesco plans to illustrate how he used DVC and GTO to build a combined model & experiment registry. The resulting design is highly atypical but was the natural consequence of the legacy setup, and it may apply to other ML projects with unconventional MLOps practices. In the last part of the talk, he will sketch how such a setting paves the way for a tracked event-driven architecture.
We look forward to seeing you there!
📣 Note!
These Office Hours Meetups are not Webinars! They are designed to be and encourage interaction in our open-source Community! We want to build discussions between people grappling with many tough problems at this intersection of machine learning and developer ops. But don't worry, you are free to come and kick the tires incognito. 😉
While we have presenters that share their workflows with our tools at these meetings and other relevant topics to our audience, we encourage you to have your video on, unmute your mic and participate in the conversation! We're all friends here! You will likely be able to meet people trying to solve similar problems and gain different perspectives!
So bring any questions you have for the speakers and our team.
We are excited to hear and answer them!
