Bear Canyon to Seven Falls Trail

One of my favorites.. Beautiful Seven Falls Trail in Sabino Canyon featuring multiple water crossing (highly recommend hiking poles!) , great water fall at the mid point, with pool of water. Stunning views. The hike is rated intermediate with an elevation gain of 1069 feet, much of which is in first half of hike as we are ascending the canyon. You'll need decent fitness level to accomplish it but it will not be a race either! It is 8.4 mile hike and I expect a pace of about 2.0-2.5 mph. We will have snacks/break at the water fall and take some pictures and enjoy the scenery.

We will stop and re group as needed; especially when dealing with the elevation/water crossings, and take some pics, water breaks etc...
It's not a race, but enjoyable time to be outdoors and enjoy the views. I'd recommend you are familiar with hiking in AZ and can hike at least 2.0 mph pace for this hike I am fine with re grouping but I just don't want you to struggle if you aren't ready for it, plus not fair to others in the group!. I will make sure to keep track of everyone and re group at any turns if we have separation

Sabino Canyon, meet at the ramada off parking lot.

FEE: you must have America the Beautiful pass or pay the daily fee. There is self pay with envelopes.
