Train For Your First 5K
Details
Weekly training tips to get you from the couch to your first 5K.
- 5K is 3.1 miles
- You can walk, jog or do a combination of both
- We'll talk online each week so I can give your workouts and you can ask questions
- I will tell you what to do each day to be ready for your 5K
- This is a group effort where we all support each other ☺
- Beginners can be ready in 12 weeks or less.
- If you don't live close enough to San Diego, California, to do a race, I'll find you a race near you.
- All fitness levels are welcome, so what are you waiting for?
- If there is enough interest, I will set up group training workouts in San Diego so we can meet up. Otherwise, we will train on our own and offer support during the weekly Zoom call.
