Linda Rossetti is an author and high tech CEO with board and healthcare experience. She currently focuses on research, advocacy and writing about women's development having authored the upcoming book, Women & Transition: Reinventing Work and Life (Macmillan). She serves as managing director of Golden Seeds,LLC, an angel capital network focused on female-led early stage companies. She also hosts a blog on women's transition issues at Novofemina.com and at The Huffington Post.

Ms. Rossetti previously served on the Board of Trustees and Compensation Committee of Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, a $1.5 Bn multi-specialty group practice in eastern and central Massachusetts. Ms. Rossetti also served as E.V.P. Human Resources and Administration at Iron Mountain, a S&P 500 corporation with 21,000 employees in 37 countries. As a C-suite member, Ms. Rossetti partnered with the CEO to transform the corporation from a physical records leader to a digital technology-driven enterprise. In her role Ms. Rossetti facilitated the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors handling issues such as CEO Succession; Executive Compensation; and the design and structure of short and long term incentives for leaders worldwide.

Prior to that, Ms. Rossetti served as Group Director, Healthcare Consulting at Perot Systems Inc., a publicly traded IT outsourcing company which was later acquired by Dell Corporation.

Ms. Rossetti joined Perot Systems following their acquisition in 2002 of EMaven, Inc., a venture capital backed technology-services company that Ms. Rossetti founded and led. EMaven developed proprietary ROI models to assist large organizations in their decision making for enterprise IT investments.

Ms. Rossetti holds a BA from Simmons College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
