In this three (3) hour workshop you will learn an incredibly fast and simple technique to release emotions/stress connected to grief, loss, worry, physical trauma and more.*
This effective “no-talk” technique integrates the body’s energetic and nervous systems in order to release entrained emotions in the body and energy field. This is energetic bodywork, NOT talk therapy.
Learn Heal Teach
Adults 18+ can learn this technique to help themselves, family, friends, and clients. As well, there is a path to become an authorized instructor to teach others.
