1st Sunday Veggie Potluck & Movie

Please mark your calendars for our 1st Sundays Veggie Potluck & Movie! Everyone is welcome to attend, whether veg curious, vegetarian, or vegan, but we kindly ask attendees to bring vegan items only to the event.

For RSVPs, if you can include an idea of what you plan to bring, that can help us have a variety of starters, mains, desserts, beverages, etc.

We will not have kitchen access, so please bring your own plate, cup, utensils, napkins, and serving utensils for your dish. Also, it would be great to have a list of ingredients for your dish to help anyone who may be avoiding or allergic to certain foods.

This month's movie is Blackfish (http://www.blackfishmovie.com/) in honor of Tilikum who is featured in the movie and died on Jan 6, and also in honor of our local orca matriarch Granny who was recently presumed dead, while we remember the orcas who remain in captivity such as Lolita (daughter of L pod matriarch).

In addition to the movie, we will have a brief discussion to gather input and suggestions for the Orcas Food Coop on vegan grocery shopping.
