Announcing the Re-Launch of the All New NLP Café with INTERNATIONALLY KNOWN SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER, ROBERT DILTS. (See: Time, Date and New Location below)
We've all been through a lot since NLP Café founder Tom Hoobyar's sudden death in late 2011. The Café got a bit diffuse and we lost for a time in processing our grief, the central reason we all continued to gather each month.
To put it in my Dad's own words:
"I have a dream of creating a strong organization devoted to the growth and improvement of NLP practitioners worldwide."
To this principle in strengthening and extending our training and improving our new and existing skills, we re-dedicate ourselves with a RE-LAUNCH of The Original NLP Café at our very next meeting.
For this very special re-launch, we are deeply honored to feature internationally known author and NLP process innovator Robert Dilts, in a never-before-heard talk cum mini-workshop featuring material from his next book:
"Success Factor Modeling: Living Your Dream and Making a Better World".
Robert has modeled genius in those who excel and do well in life. Well enough to benefit others. He will share with us the crucial "differences that make a difference" for people who have been able to both live their dream, and create a better world while they're at it.
I don't know whose models Robert is going to share with us, but I can think of several people like this that I'd model - entrepreneur and philanthropist Richard Branson, actor Sean Penn, who is currently helping to rebuild Haiti, Microsoft CEO Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, whose charities provide schooling for women and girls living in poverty.
The list goes on, and I'm sure you can think of other people living their dream, and make a huge difference in the lives of others.
Want to be one of them? Come to this vitally important NLP Café!
Robert will guide us in looking at the important principles these successful people live their lives by, their models of the world, and tools they use. He will be sharing a number of exercises, and will invite us to explore our own vision, mission, ambition and role in the world.
We'll also go deeper into building our "Circle of Success" and increasing our "Luck Factor." Who doesn't need that? I personally am going to be taking TONS of notes!
We'll end with a special Q&A with Robert, and even have some time to party.
*** WE ARE EXPECTING A RECORD TURNOUT. PLEASE RSVP to tracy@nlpcafe.org TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
AS NLP CAFE MOUNTAIN VIEW MEMBERS YOU ARE GETTING FIRST SHOT AT SPACE. HOWEVER ON SUNDAY MORNING I WILL OPEN IT UP TO THE SURROUNDING GROUPS, SO GET YOUR RSVP IN SOON!
NEW LOCATION: For this time only, we will be located at the Mediterranean oasis of Hotel Zico in Mountain View, California on 200 E El Camino Real, at the intersection of Highway 85 and El Camino Real. More info at: http://www.hotelzico.com/
Date: Thursday, March 14
Time: 6:30 networking, Program starts at 7
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the fact that our regular venue has been flooded, we've had to search far afield to find a meeting room that would not only host us, but accommodate the larger numbers that we've grown to, and that Robert's presentation is already attracting.
Given that we are for the first time in the history of the NLP Café paying regular rates for a meeting room, we are asking for a donation of $10 or more to help defray the costs. You can donate on the nlpcafe.org (http://www.nlpcafe.org) website or the day of the event. Any excess collected will go towards future room rental and bringing you the best presenters and trainers possible.
YOU CAN HELP: We are still looking for a free or low cost venue in the mid-Peninsula area to host The NLP Café. As we will potentially be providing trainings, and want to keep this a free to low-cost Meetup, securing a permanent location is of paramount importance.
Do you know of a community center, apartment complex meeting room or other venue that we can use monthly? If so or if you have any questions or comments on this month's NLP Café, please contact Tracy at tracy@nlpcafe.org
Thanks and I can't wait to see you Thursday!
Tracy
