MOTIVATING WRITERS ZOOM

If you’ve just finished a story and you need some feedback or if you’ve been wanting to come to meetings forever and are just curious to see what your fellow writers are up to, The Writers Group is for you. Each member will share their work in a friendly, low-stakes environment where everyone understands the hurdles of writing. As a reader, you’ll get an immediate response to your work and be able to ask focused questions of the group.

In the group, you’ll get to see what your fellow writers have been up to and improve your own writing by analyzing others’ work. More than that, it’s an opportunity to get to know your fellow writers better!

Writers will be scheduled primarily on a first-come, first-served basis to read their pieces. Please keep pieces under "5 minutes" to give everyone a chance to read.

*** PLEASE NOTE: The Writers Group will be meeting ONLINE until further notice. If you have not used Zoom.com and need some help, please let me know beforehand. We can do a test Zoom meeting before the actual virtual meetup to make sure your sound and video work. You can use a smartphone ( app available), tablet, laptop, or computer.
