Eat, drink and be merry at Red Papaya...

Details
Red Papaya Ale and Spirits is Queen Anne's newest Vietnamese bar which replaced Vietnamese eatery/karaoke lounge, The Signature. This alehouse is great place to unwind and is soon becoming my favorite neighborhood spot.
Red Papaya pervades “Good pho what ales you,” and offers legit Vietnamese food and lots of microbrews to pair it with.
I cannot tell you how many times I have ordered Pork Belly rice and relished it with Deschutes' BLACK BUTTE XXIV.
You should attend this dinner if you’re like me, and often find yourself wondering what would pair well with pork belly - Stone Smoked Porter, Maui Brewing Coconut Porter Dogfish Head Chicory Stout, Deschutes Obsidian or Left Hand Milk Stout. Or if you find yourself sitting and drinking Dixie's Balckened Voodoo and imagining how well it would pair with Etoufffe or Andouille. You would take delight in pairing big, bold, warm, spicy flavors of Vietnamese food with thoughtful selection of great local and regional draft beer which Red Papaya offers.
Jay Fisher(Dog and Pony Alehouse), is general manager of Red Papaya who is well known professional brewer in local scene.
Red Papya offers 14 taps, 8 IPA's. 15 (rotating craft beers )taps, 2 wines, 1 cider, 1 Lambic.
They also serve good amount of cocktails
Sample Fare:
PORK BELLY IRON POT (is bomb-diggity)
OXTAIL PHỞ
MANGO SHRIMP ROLLS
BACON WRAPPED SHRIMP PO BOY
