Join us for 50 minutes of guided mindfulness practice. This will be offered twice monthly. November 3rd & 24th; December 1st & 15th.

When we sit together in silence, we support ourselves and each other to become more present in our lives and in relation to the full range of our very human experience, what Rumi names as "a joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness [that] comes
as an unexpected visitor".

Each session, we'll explore a foundational attitude that supports and maintains mindfulness - non-judging, beginner's mind, non-striving, acceptance, letting go, patience, trust, gratitude, curiosity, kindness and humour.

Wear comfortable clothing and anything else you need to sit with ease.
Suggested donation $5 to help with room rental.
