Easy Adventure Run: Wolfberg and Higher Steenberg Peak

Something different for this group. An easy adventure trail run suitable for beginner trail runners. We do the Higher Steenberg circuit in a clockwise direction We climb Wolfberg and Higher Steenberg : 2 Klm ( no running) Then we RUN down the gentle sloping path on the other side for the next 4 Klm. We eventually meet the gravel road from the Silvermine Waterfall and follow it back to the cars: 1.2 Klm gentle uphill all the way, which we run or walk. The pace will be SLOW. No long stops. I can only think of two rivers on the route where you can drink water so advise you bring your own water. Dress according to the weather of the day . The long range weather forecast is for a cloudy day. Rain cancels the event. No dogs please. The fee to join the run is R30.00 which you can pay cash on the day or EFT to my bank account.
