Matrix Reimprinting EFT is a ten year old Energy Psychology or Tapping protocol that has being applauded as an amazingly effective and gentle method to release past trauma, emotional and physical issues, as well as helping you manifest your goals and dreams. Inherent in the Matrix Reimprinting (MR) process is the unique tool that clears adverse feelings, negative learnings and painful past events. By going back and actually helping your younger self through the negative event, in a new positive way, you can actually CHANGE the foundations of your reactions to the world in a more positive, productive way. MR draws and shares concepts from quantum physics, Heartmath, inner child and parts work and much more. Through an integration of gentle steps that set up the memory reconsolidation process, the “reimprinting” portion of Matrix Reimprinting, changes the mind, body and spirit’s reference pictures to create a happier, more relaxed, healthier YOU! A previous EFT workshop is a pre-requisite.

So how does Matrix Reimprinting EFT differ from this already established technique? Well, having evolved from EFT, it also contains some important differences. For example, in conventional EFT tapping on meridian end points is used to take the emotional intensity out of a past memory. What you are left with is to be able to recall your most traumatic and stressful life memories without any emotional disruption or stress, which is obviously extremely useful, as negative past memories keep the body in a state of stress and can contribute to disease. However, with Matrix Reimprinting EFT the memory is actually transformed. You can go into any past memory, say and do what you wished you’d said and done, bring in new resources, and create and transform the picture you have of that memory.

In Matrix Reimprinting we see these past negative memories as being held as pictures or holograms in your body-field. Until you transform them you keep tuning into them on a subconscious level and they affect your health, your well-being and your point of attraction. Changing the pictures creates both physical and emotional healing, and enables you to attract more positive experiences into your life. And by tapping on the meridians of the body at the same time, the process is accelerated.
Matrix Reimprinting follows the protocols established for therapeutic memory reconsolidation as established by Ecker, et al that allows the client to transform the emotional learning related to past traumatic events, transforming the felt sense and beliefs/decisions made at the time of the adverse event, thus not altering the autobiographical details of the past circumstances while therapeutically altering how the client feels about the event.

Matrix Reimprinting allows a person to also use/imagine future events in such a way to explore that root cause of limiting/negative beliefs and find the specific causal life circumstances that are then able to effectively addressed and resolved.

• EFT International EFT levels 1- 2
• EFT Universe level 1-2
