A moderate hike up to Red Pine Lake

On Tuesday, July 15th I will be organizing a moderate hike up to Red Pine Lake. We will meet at 8a at Little Cottonwood Park and Ride at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon to carpool. The whole hike up and back should take about 4-5 hours. Please come prepared for your comfort, day pack, food, water, sunscreen and a windbreaker, it is usually windy up at the lake. Please wear hiking boots, not tennis shoes. If you hike with them bring a hiking pole. Since the parking area up at the trailhead is a fee area bring your America the Beautiful pass to hang on the rear view mirror.
