GAME NIGHT POTLUCK - CAMPBELL LOCATION

We love game gatherings! We love the company, the food, the drinks, the games, the challenge, and the competition!
Come join us for a fun night of social gathering and games.
We do this event in combination with my 55+ ALMADEN HIKING & SOCIAL GROUP
Members RSVP'ing in the 55+ ALMADEN HIKING & SOCIAL GROUP will be added to our list.

PLEASE, DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS OF AN ILLNESS.

GAMES: We will start playing around 5:30 pm.

This event is at a private home located in Campbell. Please, only join if you are 100% sure you will attend since we would like to keep the attendee number around 20.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will be considered a "No Show."

RSVPing:
Everyone will be placed on the WAITLIST. Members in the Waitlist will be moved to the GOING list by the organizer. Priority will be given to those Almadenians with good attendance record (members attending events , members with no "No Shows" and members who do not have a history of changing their RSVP often). New members are welcome to attend their first event.

LOCATION: The ACTUAL address will be sent the day before the event takes place.
The Campbell home location where the event will take place is within a minute from this location:

PLEASE, CONSIDER THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS ATTENDING TO CONSIDER HOW MUCH TO BRING.
EXAMPLES OF APPETIZERS OR FINGER FOODS
Everyone should bring a DRINK to share (alcohol is OK) PLUS an APPETIZER/FINGER FOOD. If you bring a guest, please ask them to participate in the potluck as well.

• DO NOT BRING DESSERTS. Desserts will be provided.
