County of Ventura St. Patrick's Day Parade.
Since 1984, the parade has been a showcase of Ventura County's finest. It features amazing costumes, dancers, horses, high school bands and more.
The Parade route is on Main Street in Downtown Ventura, starting at Lincoln Drive and continuing to Fir Street.
This year's theme, "Catch the Leprechaun Spirit!" captures the magic and essence of this festive holiday that heralds the coming of spring and celebrates all that is good and fun. Grand Marshal Brian Brennan is a
native Irishman who's lived in Ventura for decades, Brennan has given back to his hometown in many ways, including as a former mayor and four-term city councilmember. With an appropriately green spirit, he also is a noted environmentalist.
