Team Asha (The marathon training program of Asha for Education San Francisco) is organizing the following hike:
Distance: 11.0 miles. Elevation gain: 2,283 ft
We welcome all paces slow and fast. However, we expect participants to know their limit and to let us know before turning back on their own, if they feel incapable of finishing.
Please were comfortable pants, trail running or hiking shoes and get at-least 2/3 liters of water and any snacks/sandwich to eat or share. Hat, Wind jacket, sunscreen, sunglasses etc.
Meeting time: 10 am at trail head or 8:30 at Carpool.
