This phenomenological therapeutic process allows insights into important core issues. As a result hidden unconscious dynamics, that affect the self and make present difficulties/issues possible, can then slowly be released. What often results from this is that tensions/charged up emotions, unsupportive ways of being have less of a grip on us. These experiences during the work are often described by participants as deeply and powerfully transformative. Allowing situations or ways of being to evolve and flow in a freer, more supportive and fulfilling way. “Integrated, we are more playful and the result is resolution, not victory” Joel Latner

This is a resolution focused self-development workshop open to all.
