Hello! This is an awesome group for anyone who has been pondering the thought of participating in a 5k walk/run but does not have any idea how or where to start training. This group is intended for individuals who are beginners, but is open to any skill level. I started this group because I myself love helping individuals reach their fitness, wellness or other personal goals. Being a fitness instructor and health and wellness coach, I know how hard it is venture into the unknown when you don't have support or motivation. I am here to help you, by motivating, educating and supporting you one step of the way towards your goals. I can't wait to meet you!
