Ladies Tango Technique and Embellishments Class (all levels)

Argentine tango ladies technique class offers an excellent opportunity to work with your body in three main directions: balance/stability, disassociation/spiral movements, and elasticity/fluidity. You will be engaging in specific exercises and body movements that will establish a deep understanding of the tanguera's body in tango. By the end of this class, you will feel more balanced, relaxed, smooth, flexible, yet articulated and precise in your dancing.
This class is good for any level dancer from absolute beginner to advanced.

Fee: $18 drop-in
Prerequisite: none

Attire: loose pants and t-shirt, bare-feet and dance shoes later in a class.
