Monthly Countywide Meetup

Details
Entrepreneurs helping fellow entrepreneurs improve and grow is what we're about. A community of peers is something that every professional should develop, and that's what we're going to discuss at this meetup.
Snacks provided (suggested donation of $5) and cash bar will be open.
Agenda:
6:00 - 6:30 NETWORKING: Post your job, request, or proposals
6:30 - 7:00 LEARNING: Mentor Relationships & Partnerships
7:00 - 7:30 COLLABORATING: Special Interest Project Groups
7:30 - 8:00 REPORTING: Groups Report Out & Announcements
NETWORKING: Come with your hiring announcements as well as requests and proposals to the entrepreneurial community. We will have you post them on boards at the venue, and allow attendees to respond with referrals, answers, and commitments. Please bring your business cards to attach to the announcement, request, or proposal.
LEARNING: Local founders will be sharing how fellow entrepreneurs are helping them start or grow their businesses. Others will also be sharing about how they use Mastermind groups and Sounding boards to improve themselves and grow their businesses.
COLLABORATING: We will be inviting people with projects of interest to pitch to the meetup as an invitation to collaborate on those projects for up to 3 months. ENGAGE will pitch on forming a 10 week educational cohort for all those interested in starting up a new venture. Others may pitch on starting a heritage grain project, or a tourism campaign, or a Mastermind group, or an online subscription business group, as examples. This is an opportunity for you to connect with peers to ask questions about critical business functions about which you are not an expert, or tackle a tough challenge of leadership with others in the same boat, or find peers in our network whose ventures align with your own to craft a new venture or an expansion of both businesses. You could even get the ball rolling now by starting a discussion thread to this event post!
REPORTING: To wrap up the evening, we'll have all collaboration groups quickly report out what they're working to achieve together: their goals and basic plans. Groups can continue working together at future meetups and report out their progress as they go. And new groups can form at any meetup.
