What this is:
A quiet, structured virtual space to start your day intentionally. Join other early risers at 5AM to focus on one meaningful task for the hour. This is not a networking event, not a class, and not a lecture — just a calm, consistent way to begin your day.

How it works:
• Arrive anytime between 5:00–5:10AM
• Stay muted and cameras optional
• Type in the chat one thing you’ll work on during this 5AM hour (ie yoga, coding, reading, training etc)
• Work silently for 40–45 minutes
• Type “done” (or “showed up”) at the end to mark your session

Who this is for:
Anyone who wants to wake up early and make a small, consistent step toward their goals. No pressure, no performance required. You can join from your home, your desk, or wherever you like.

Why join:
• Build a consistent early-morning habit
• Work alongside others without distractions or small talk
• Feel part of a calm, intentional community
• Keep it simple: showing up counts

Tech requirements:
• Google Meet link provided in the RSVP confirmation
• No app download required
• Optional music for focus, but not necessary

Tone & Mindset:
This is a space for peaceful consistency. You are here to show up, focus on your own work, and leave feeling accomplished. No talking necessary, no judging — just presence.
