What this is:
A quiet, structured virtual space to start your day intentionally. Join other early risers at 5AM to focus on one meaningful task for the hour. This is not a networking event, not a class, and not a lecture — just a calm, consistent way to begin your day.
How it works:
- Arrive anytime between 5:00–5:10AM
- Work silently for 40–45 minutes
- Attendace or daily tracker is marked by host anytime between the focus session (optional, based on your preference)
Who this is for:
Anyone who wants to wake up early and make a small, consistent step toward their goals. No pressure, no performance required. You can join from your home, your desk, or wherever you like.
