Hello Tampa!
We have another exciting Microsoft Tech Talk planned. Please join us as Buck Woody presents his session on Making the Team(s) : Tips, Tricks and Tactics for Successful Teams Pilots.
Before you roll out Microsoft Teams to your entire organization, it is recommended that you begin with a PILOT. To achieve the most realistic results, the pilot should involve actual users, mimic how they communicate and collaborate, and verify both technical and user experiences. This session will help you refine your launch plan and ensure you are ready for an organization-wide deployment. Together we will learn the basics of a Teams pilot, to include:
• Enlisting your project stakeholders
• Defining your project scope
• Understanding coexistence and interoperability of Skype for Business and Teams
• Choosing your upgrade journey
• Preparing your environment
• Preparing your organization
