This session is going to be for Microsoft Defender for Containers. We're going to be looking at each step of the Image being built, pushed to a registry and then being used in a production environment. The agent can give you list of vulnerabilities (CVEs) at dev level, when your developers are building the image, so that they can fix/update the image packages on the fly before they push to ACR. After the Images have been pushed to ACR, if for whatever reason an image is uploaded that is not approved, the defender will scan at this stage as well and report on vulnerabilities and lastly when your container environment is running, you'll be able to make sure which vulnerabilities are present and also with runtime defense, be able to take action.
