Grief Support Group and Nature Walk
Details
We are a nature-based, monthly grief support group for adults. If your loved one has died or is dying, you are welcome to attend. Connect with others who understand the complexities of grief while finding solace in the beauty of the outdoors. Groups are facilitated by certified grief educator, Monica Bredeson. They involve an opening meditation or poem, topic discussions, group sharing, and a light hike lasting approximately 45 minutes-an hour.

Hidden Falls Regional Park, North Entrance
1313 Hidden Falls Dr., Saint Paul, MN 55116
Take the north gate entrance. Park in the picnic pavilion parking lot. I will have our circle of green chairs set up nearby.
Cost is $15 (cash or Venmo @Red-Pine-Grief). No one will be turned away if they cannot pay.
