NYC Women in Beer - An Industry Networking Event - WOMEN ONLY

Yes MEN.. this event is available to WOMEN ONLY.

It's an industry / professional networking and social event, organized by 2 prominent women in the local NYC area Craft Beer scene, and already with an all-star RSVP list.

Ladies.. if you, and/or someone you know, work in or are involved the industry, in some way related to Craft Beer, I encourage you to attend this event, and help us spread the word.

There is no cost for this event. Their RSVP list is to ensure they have a central form to know who and how many to expect. I do ask that you also RSVP on this group page, so I can know if this is an event type our members are interested in, and can plan accordingly for similar events in the future.

Event Details: Please join us on Monday, February 27 for New York City Women in Beer, a social and networking event for all women who work in the New York City beer industry, organized by Emily Garland, co-owner of Tapped Craft Beer Events (http://www.tappedcraftbeer.com/) and Sonya Giacobbe, co-owner of Kelso Beer Co. (http://www.kelsobeer.com/)

Our goal is to unite women in order foster new business and personal relationships, camaraderie and dialogue, all while drinking some great beers. Our hope is that this will in turn strengthen the local female craft beer community, and the general craft beer community overall. Should this first event prove successful, we hope to hold future gatherings on a regular basis!

We will be gathering at Taproom 307 (http://www.taproom307.com/) (307 3rd Ave, NY, NY), home to Beer Sommelier Hayley Jensen, and $5 drafts will be available. You are welcome to stop by anytime during 6:30-8:30pm.
