Match Detail:
Bring a red shirt and a white shirt.
Teams will be assigned before hand based on player skill level and may be adjusted during play to maintain balance.
A ball will be provided.
Absolutely no slide tackling or unsafe play.
No offside. Play the calls. Throw ins will be kick ins.
Rain, snow, sleet, or hail. We always play, except for lightning.
At least 24 hour notice of cancellation to receive a credit.

COVID-19 Health & Safety Protocol Detail:
All players are required to comply with the following protocol, which will be affirmed by all players in the required COVID-19 Disclosure and Liability Form every week (linked above).
- Maintain six feet of distance between individuals on the sidelines.
- Wear a mask coming to the field and while on the sidelines. Wearing a mask is encouraged during play.
- No congregation at the field after games. Once the games conclude players must leave immediately.
- Pass a no-contact thermometer check with a temperature under 100.4 degrees.
- Submit a COVID-19 Disclosure & Liability Form, which includes questions on whether players have experienced COVID-19 symptoms at any point in the past 14 days, have tested positive, have been in close contact with someone who tested positive, or have recently traveled out of state.

JOINING AND SIGNING UP FOR FIVE BOROUGH FUTBOL CLUB AGREEMENT:
I certify that I am 18 years of age or older and that I have no known medical or other conditions that could interfere with my participation in Five Borough Futbol Club Meetup activities. I also understand and accept that the practice of soccer, both indoor and outdoor, involves certain risks of physical injury.
Therefore I, individually, hereby release and discharge, Five Borough Futbol Club Meetup Organizers and Co-organizers from any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to any claims of negligence, arising out of, resulting from, by reason of, or in connection with my participation in any of Five Borough Futbol Club Meetup programs or activities.
Five Borough Futbol Club Organizers and its Co-Organizers reserve the right to take and utilize photographs, video, or any type of recording of participating person while engaged in our or associated activities. I consent to Five Borough Futbol Club using the photograph, video, or recording of me, for advertising, promotional, or related purposes, and waive all rights to compensation and other rights which may arise as a result.
I understand that even with enhanced protocol to prevent the spread of COVID-19 described in the 'Return to Play Guidelines', I am still at risk of exposure. As such, I release Five Borough Futbol Club, LLC from any and all liability for unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19 or any other harms.
