Meditation for Jamaica

From wherever you are at 7 PM PDT, join me and any others that wish to participate in a meditation to help calm the storm approaching Jamaica and bring peace to its residents.

There will be no online meeting for this unless it is wished for the group. Please send a message if that is desired.

The intention is to plug into the grid at the appointed time (7 PM PDT) from wherever you are for 20 minutes. Even if you just acknowledge and send light for a minute, it matters. If you can't make 7 PM, set an intention to join when you do have the time. It all makes a difference.
