Becoming Goddess: Heal the Feminine
Purpose: Release what doesn’t serve you so that you may nourish peace/joy and move toward your Bliss

Our June program consists of a four (4) part series with a focus of a different topic each workshop. All sessions include the following:
• Social Mixer
• 30-minute BlissYoga Dance Session (Ancient African movement meditation)
• Prescription for your tomorrow (Daily/weekly routine)
• Raw and Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Diet
• Goddess Group Discussions

We meet once a week in the afternoon for 1-1/2 hours

What items do you need for the program?

1) Comfortable attire that makes you feel like a Goddess, a Queen.
• Preferably cotton material
• If wearing a skirt or dress have tights underneath
• Preferably colors: pink, green, yellow and gold

2) Yoga Mat (Optional as I will have one for you)

3) Gratitude Rock (Provided)

4) Purified water for drinking

5) A writing journal for documenting any insights that may come to you during the program

4) Featured Goddess Movement
5) Bantaba
6) Cool Down

Week Two: Ms. Moon (Nourish)
Week Three: Ms. Jupiter (Expand)
Week Four: Ms. Venus (Celebrate)
