FIRST TIME AT A BLISS-OUT?

1. If you don't know much about 5D, DNA upgrades or The "I AM Presence" it is helpful to read the document "About The Bliss-Outs" at the same link as the directions above.
2. If you are at home, it is best to be near a window or out in the sun. A yoga mat or towel may be useful, as well as crystals, if you have them. No worries if you don't have them.
3. Feel free to participate in this event in your own way, at your own level/pace.
