Our experiences from childhood to adulthood is fraught with challenges. One of the biggest challenges is to balance who we truly are and belong to our family of origin.

In order to do that we often have to deny parts of ourselves and adapt to what our immediate environment needs or demands from us, oftentime at a cost to ourselves.
Additionally, we are born in a family with a long history. Big events that are part of our family history that have not processed, resolved or are not held at the right place, we unconsciously and inevitably get caught up in them. We may or may not know what they are but we certainly see and experience the manifestation of their effects in our lives, unfortunately not in a good way.

The orientation of the work is towards our true and real experiences of ourselves, authenticity and belonging.

In our time together we will use constellation exercises to gain deeper insights into these entanglements, hidden dynamics and seek a movement towards congruence, wholeness and health.

Join us for this in person confidential and supportive constellation group experience. Constellation work allows us to work with the resonance field revealing hidden dynamics, entanglements and burdens that we unconsciously got involved in and make our journey forward in life less than it could be. The focus of the work is “Health” in the broadest sense of the word.
Issue holders have the choice to constellate the five elements or an issue.
