Constellation work allows us to work with the resonance field revealing hidden dynamics, entanglements and burdens that we unconsciously got involved in and make our journey forward in life less than it could be. The focus of the work is “Health” in the broadest sense of the word. I define this as a movement towards the true authentic self in a clear and objective way.

This retreat is designed for anyone seeking to integrate inner exploration with leisure time. Whether you are new to constellation work, have prior workshop experience, are currently studying the method, or even if you're a seasoned constellation facilitator, you're warmly invited to participate in this immersive retreat experience.

We, Aspa and Emerson, are thrilled to invite you to join us for the second re- treat in the beautiful Island of Paros. Nestled in the heart of the Cyclades Is- land group in the central Aegean Sea, Paros offers the perfect backdrop for our 5 Elements Immersion Journey.
The retreat blends group sessions for personal exploration, greater self- awareness and plenty of opportunity to explore and enjoy the picturesque village of Aliki, our home base for the duration of our stay.
During our leisure time, the beauty of Paros awaits just beyond our doorstep: sandy beaches, tranquil nature walks, day trips, and the inviting warmth of the Aegean Sea. The pleasures of Greek hospitality with visits to local cafes, restaurants, and tavernas, all steeped in authentic charm are all around.
