Giving the Here-and-Now a Chance Constellation Workshop

We will work with small, experiential constellation exercises designed to deepen awareness of the personal and ancestral influences shaping our thoughts, actions, and reactions—often colouring our present-moment experience. This process supports disentangling from what does not belong to us, allowing our healthy adult self to take the lead in how we respond and act.
The focus is on identifying and releasing patterns that originate in our family system or adaptations formed in early life that continue to influence us today. By doing so, we create space to be more present, available, and grounded in our here-and-now experience.
All relevant information will be shared at the beginning of each day.

Join us for this in person confidential and supportive constellation group experience. Constellation work allows us to work with the resonance field revealing hidden dynamics, entanglements and burdens that we unconsciously got involved in and make our journey forward in life less than it could be. The focus of the work is “Health” in the broadest sense of the word. I define this as a movement towards the true authentic self in a clear and objective way.

Aspa and I are delighted to offer this retreat again on the beautiful island of Paros.

We’ll share 30 hours of group time across six sessions, thoughtfully scheduled to give you plenty of space to relax, explore, and enjoy the island.

Every participant will experience all five elements, explored one at a time in small groups and have an individual constellation in the big group.
