You’re Invited to the Fire & Earth Elements Constellation Workshop!

The right hemisphere of the brain is connected to sensations, feelings, empathy, and our capacity to remain present with difficult emotions. It is also associated with creativity and our ability to learn from and process new experiences.
The left hemisphere of the brain is connected to cognition and our thinking processes, including analysis, structure, and interpretation.
Each hemisphere has its own coherence and can hold different — sometimes incompatible — versions of the world and of ourselves, often with competing priorities and values. This inner division can manifest as conflict in our everyday lives.

The Fire element will be explored through its associations to the right hemisphere of the brain, while the Earth element will be explored through its associations with the left hemisphere.

Through constellation processes, we will deepen our awareness of how these two elements live within us and how they relate to one another. The intention of this work is to support greater integration, harmony, and wholeness.
