It gives us immense pleasure to recommence these sessions with all of you after such a long time. We want to continue from our previous session in "Meditation for Inner Peace".
Join us as we continue delving into the world of meditation, its science, and take you through a breathing exercise and a powerful meditation technique.
The session will be held every Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM Sydney time and is open to everyone, regardless of culture, faith, nationality or background.
The purpose of the session is to introduce participants to a simple and disciplined approach to meditation, inner awareness, mental calmness and peaceful living.
