Prayer: A Winter Solstice 5Rhythms workshop
Sunday 22nd December: 11am – 5pm
The Winter Solstice marks longest night of the year and is also the start of the return of the light, as the days gradually lengthen.
In this 5Rhythms workshop we’ll dance with the year that lies behind us, giving thanks for what we’ve received and grieving what we’ve lost this year. And we’ll celebrate those who are with us, and we’ll dance with the promise of the lighter, longer days ahead.
A good day to sweat our prayers.
The price of the workshop is £40/£30
