Monday night 5Rhythms

I offer a 5Rhythms class every Monday at the St Hugh's Centre, Coach Rd, Bradford, BD17 5HS.
The class starts at 7pm and finishes at 9pm. Doors open at 6.45pm and locked at 7.15pm.
Price is a sliding scale based on ability to pay: £15/£12/£10/£8
5Rhythms is an embodiment practice. In 5Rhythms there are no set steps to learn, rather we're exploring how the 5Rhythms of Flow, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness move through us in this moment, to this music, with these people. It is, however, a taught class, and my teaching is designed to help us all drop more deeply into our own dance.

I qualified as a 5Rhythms teacher in 2011, and I've been teaching ever since. We've been dancing on Mondays at St Hugh's since 2016 and Monday 5th January is our 10 year anniversary!
