MEN ONLY "Shadows"

Men only, a 5Rhytms Shadow workshop for men ,
A day in which we will move together and explore the flip side of the 5Rhytms.
I feel that we are often afraid of our Shadows, but without them, life would be two dimensional. It is when we truly embrace this part of ourselves that we open to the possibility of transformation.
It is important to recognize the relentless positivity from diving into the Shadows and the powerful energy that they contain, Our shadows can be overwhelming, even damaging if they are not held and met effectively.
Using the 5Rhytms Shadow maps we will uncover the parts of us we keep hidden, let them dance, integrate them and become more whole.
